Meet our Founder

With over 15 years of experience in education, Verlincia Prince is deeply committed to helping educators and administrators better serve at-risk student populations. She began her career in the classroom, where she gained firsthand insight into the everyday challenges faced by students and teachers. Most recently, she served as a Homeless/Foster Liaison and Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Coordinator for a local school district, leading initiatives that addressed the needs of homeless students, built strong school-family partnerships, and advocated for students impacted by human trafficking.

Through her work with EdEquity Consultants, Verlincia brings a wealth of knowledge in educational equity, trauma-informed practices, and real-world strategies that create lasting change. She is driven by a genuine passion for protecting and empowering vulnerable youth, ensuring every student — regardless of their circumstances — has the opportunity to thrive. Her mission is clear: to help create educational environments where all students are seen, supported, and set up for lifelong success.
